The Lawrence Township Trustee’s Office is helping families get clothes for the new school year.
Lawrence Township is offering eligible families $175 vouchers for school clothes through July 31.
To receive the vouchers, households must provide the following documentation:
- Valid Indiana ID
- Social Security cards
- Previous 60-day income verification
- Signed lease or mortgage
- Documentation of school enrollment
The vouchers are for public school students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Students must live in Lawrence Township. The vouchers can be used only for school appropriate clothing items at Shopper’s World or School Zone. Children must be present at the time of purchase.
To apply, families can visit the Lawrence Township Trustee’s Office or call 317-890-0011 for an appointment. The office is located at 4455 McCoy St. It is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
